I officiated and scored a multi state sailing regatta... basically, I went from racing sail boats to handling paperwork on shore... not too sure how that worked out

It was homecoming weekend at my school. I got drunk and went to about 5 different parties, one of which features chicks dancing on tables and making out with each other. I also made a pretty damn good curry and then saw where the wild things are. It sucked.

I finagled myself a press pass for a rally that Obama spoke at this week. It was awesome being in the media pit for an event like that, and now I've got an official "White House Press Pool" pass that makes me feel like a badass. I so wish I was more into photography when McCain came through the area last year, having shots of both of them would be great.

I'm actually thinking about starting a photography thread, for folks to show off some of their work and talk about fun with photography. Think there'd be enough interest?

I ran a half marathon on mackinac island in poor conditions in under 2 hours :P Not quite where I wanted to be time wise but was ok all things considered.

Yeah, I took the picture (no I wasn't on the controls at the time). This is Sedona, AZ on our way back from the Santa Fe Airshow. I say this is a hobby because lately it seems like I am doing more administration and paperwork and flying has gone to the back burner.
