    IPhone 4 Anyone ?

I've had a G1 / Android phone since before it was released to the public.
My next phone will be made (once again) by HTC and will have Android.
I'm never going back to a Windows phone again.
And I've never wanted an IPhone.
    Android is far superior IMHO.

Anyways if anyone cares heres a look at the next generation IPhone.

You are looking at Apple's next iPhone. It was found lost in a bar in Redwood City, camouflaged to look like an iPhone 3GS. We got it. We disassembled it.

IMHO this is a pathetic ploy by Apple to get attention. They've been slinging the same crap with minor technical upgrades and major cost upgrades since the original iPod.

I just picked up an iPod Touch, and like it a lot. I am anxious for the upcoming release of the iPhone to Sprint so I can get one. Admittedly, I have not used an Android but a couple of friends have them and really like them a lot.

If you are with Sprint you ought to seriously look at the Evo 4G.
        Its one bad device man.

www.sprint.com/4G for details. Not all services available on 4G and coverage may default to 3G/separate network where 4G unavailable.
Note: Device features, specifications, services and applications are subject to change.

You go to the Sprint store and play with it and you will forget all about the Iphone.

Theres a reason Apple is suing HTC.
Because their phones in combination with the Android operating system are the best of the best.

A Letter: Apple Wants Its Secret iPhone Back

Well I guess the Gizmodo story is really true.

If they intentionally abandoned it (which they clearly did) then they have no legal claim to the phone. If it was genuinely lost, they better start firing people for gross negligence.

Possession is 9/10 of the law.

If you read down below the letter, Gizmoto states :

( Our legal team told us that in California the law states, "If it is lost, the owner has three years to reclaim or title passes to the owner of the premises where the property was found. The person who found it had the duty to report it." Which, actually, the guys who found it tried to do, but were pretty much ignored by Apple. )

That's true for "lost" or "mislaid" property. "Abandoned" property (generally) means that it was intentionally left somewhere, which it very well might have been if it's a marketing ploy. In most states it's usually "finders, keepers" in that case, but who knows in wacky California.* My point was just that if it was genuinely lost, or they're trying to claim it was genuinely lost, they better start reprimanding their testers.

*No offense to Californians; your state just has weird laws like mine (Mass.)

The "I work for internet marketing, so I'm really getting a kick out of a lot of these replies..." meme/joke would be strangely appropriate here.

/not involved, don't know for sure either way
//neither does an Apple friend of mine
God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.

Aesthetically it's a huge improvement. But I feel it's too little too late. Flash will be on all devices but Apple's by the end of the year. And if that doesn't spurt flash based web growth then we'll talk html5...till then no flash=fail

It's been interesting, hearing Apple's tech/hardware people go on and on about html 5. Even if it is as great as promised, it's still going to take forever for most sites to switch over.

Weirdly related; up until very recently, all Cisco internal resources were built exclusively in IE6. As in, in 2010, anyone working on Cisco code had to backdate to work with IE6. Which usually means it doesn't work in 7+, FF2+, or Safari2+.
God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.

I got my G1 on the preorder.
You had to already be a T-Mobile customer, and you received the phone
a day or so before they hit the stores.
Roughly the end of September 2008.
Yeah I was cool/cutting edge/ahead of the curve, and didnt know it lol.
And the phone is still awesome, but it doesnt have Flash.
I dont think its getting anymore Android updates either.

Sooo when my contract is up October 1st I will be getting one that can get updates and does have Flash.
Honestly T-Mobile hasnt come out with a better Android/HTC phone since the G1, and they've released like 3 or 4.
They better get with it and come out with a Nexus like something or I'm jumping ship to Sprint for that Evo 4G.

I still have my fingers crossed for a T-mobile Iphone when the AT&T/Iphone contract is up.

My cousin tells me in Germany T-Mobile is the one that has the IPhone.
I'm not an IPhone hater, but I've never wanted one.
When I get a new phone I always jump on Ebay and get an extra battery to keep in the truck. That wont work with IPhones.

My next phone will be made by HTC and will have Android OS.
