I wear one! I bought mine about a week before I saw that post of the guy's twig and berries with one of the berries made into a smoothie. I was soooo glad i bought it after seeing that. I was also VERY happy I bought it when a dude bunkered me, just stood there and kept shooting and shot me about 6 times...one of those being in the nuts! I had the cup on and didn't feel a thing! 
! The guy got scared though after he saw where he shot(from point blank) he was all like "DUDE! DID I SHOOT YOU IN THE JOHNSON! I'M SORRY!!!!" lol, I'm like "I'm wearing a cup, it's ok 
" lol . I'd like to get some slider shorts with the soft cup though instead, the cup just isnt that comfy. If you wear it low it wears your thighs, if you wear it high it's pretty cramped lol. I would still rather be uncomfortable than to have my "paintballs" "splat"
