C'mon, man! An ex-circuit court judge saying Trump is an insurrectionist without using the "rule of law" or trial by jury of peers, any conviction of such or even any charges of insurrection.
J. Michael Luttig has, on his own, pre-judged Trump to be guilty of insurrection and is now scolding the Supreme Court saying that it's "unforgivable" that they refuse to be equally prejudicial.
What a joke. All the Supreme Court said was the no one State (and by extrapolation, no single Attorney General or ex-judge) could decide something that would require a Congressional decision.
If you want to call him guilty, then bring charges in court and convict him. But they won't do that. Why? I think I can tell you.
IF they charge Trump, he can present evidence in his defense. The same evidence from 3 years ago that Trump filed over 60 times in different courts, that no Judge would let go to litigation.
Not a single time was that evidence allowed into a courtroom for public scrutiny. That's what they don't want coming out. That's why no charges. Can't go casting shade on election integrity. After all, it's perfect and safe and secure and every vote counts. That's why the rules change just before every election.
The Founding Fathers understood the definition of the word "insurrection" when it was written into the Constitution, they had just come out of one that killed over 86,000 Americans over three years.
How many were killed at the Capital on Jan 6? One unarmed woman shot by Capital Police. Boy, that's one heck of an insurrection for you there, I tell you what.

Statistically, home schooled and self-educated people perform at a higher academic level. Independant of financial situation and rarely due to a government intervention or indoctrination.

How else do you fix a problem? Teachers quitting because they can't make a living or school's don't glhave the necessary tools to give their students not an edge but competitiveness in the 21st century. But you see, when you have an educated workforce, they will make more money, thrn the government will tax them on it, thus those taxes, while not immediately paying for their cost, will eventually provide, not just in the taxes but funding the next generation of doctors, scientists that could make our future better.

And if you live in backwards states like Florida, you have idiots banning books because they just don't understand a book that doesn't come with pictures.
You can also toss in the lack of transportation, i.e. busses that not only are plentiful but also go to the disenfranchised areas, cause they don't run after "midnight".
No, but where the money should go is to the classes, schools to teach how to make that app. An app is a tool, but if you can't fund those that make the tools, you can't really use the tool can you. He has stiffed thousands of people he hasn't paid, but not be able to pay his $483mil bill for loosing in court cause that much money is a financial hardship? But he doesn't have to use his money, and he could find someone to underwrite him, but so far, all those companies want cash to provide a bound. They don't want his properties. A good businessman would have those kinds of funds. A great businessman would have someone else pay it for him. The trump brand can't come up cash for the checks that trump writes with his criminal mouth.
But trump is being framed, you might say. Well, he had plenty of time in court to prove his innocence. But when he couldn't keep his mouth shut, he was being found by juries of his peers and then by the incompetence of his council of his guilt.
But then, in a surprise move, he puts is DIL in charge of the RNC. So instead of helping any and all republicans get elected in November, they'll be paying, and by that, those of you that donated to the RNC, the court fees that trump has gotten, cause he got no money. So, any sort of red wave is not going to happen.
