He knew what he had, knew he needed to return it in a promptly manner, didn't, apparently showed it to people who do NOT have a need to know and then required the FBI to issue a warrant to get it back. Unbelievable for anyone to defend this kind of garbage.

She was advised by senior judges to recuse herself from the case since she was appointed by Trump. There are a few judges from that district that were appointed by Nixon, Reagan, or both Bush(s) if you think anyone appointed by a democrat would be biased. We can ignore the fact that she barely met the qualifications for her position. She repeatedly entertained the defense's weak arguments why the case should be dismissed and delayed the case for no valid reasons. She only dismissed the case after a well over a year because Judge Clarence Thomas put forth his ridiculous argument that special counsels are an over step of the constitution (they aren't and are well accepted in the court of law). Hunter Biden even tried to argue special counsels weren't valid, so now he's innocent too right? Trump has never put forth the argument that he was not aware of the classified materials and failure to return to them, never mind properly safe guard the materials.

OJ Simpson was declared innocent in the court of law but everyone knows he was guilty unless you're an idiot.

At least put forth a good faith argument but you know you can't do that since you know he's guilty. And the case decision has already been (rightfully) appealed. Hopefully this time someone NOT corrupt is in charge of the case. If you actually think this case was handled in good faith then why did it take over a year to come to a decision and then just ultimately dismiss it? It certainly doesn't take a year to listen to both sides of the court, take account of the evidence, and make a decision. Let it go to the Supreme Court although I'm not sure if some of his patsies have the moxie to follow through with their judicial duties especially one in which they violate all the ethical standards for gifts (i.e. Clarence Thomas).
