Basically, don't cry rights on one topic then acquiesce to another just because they fit your narrative. It is all or nothing and rightly so. But that is also just that the laws, u like you said, change with the people, kinda like it is progressing, with what and how society is deeming the need.

But isn't up to the states to decide on those kind of topics? Now, pot is legal in NJ and i haven't smoked that in more than 10 years, so it really doesn't effect me. So is it federally illegal or state illegal? Isn't this the same as suppressor laws, where some states they are legal and others not? Just like folding stocks, 10+ magazine capacity, etc and so forth.

Yeah and that's not a particularly good thing either if you ask me.
Move and you need to register your car in another state and pay taxes again or whatever they want to call it but they will gladly share information related to your vehicle if you commit a major crime.
Drive across state lines and police will pull you over to try and arbitrarily ticket you for whatever reason.Comment

Yeah, most of that is true. Some states have sales tax, some don't, some have income tax and some don't. Where I live we get every tax you can imagine. In some cases, as in road taxes they cloak it with a different name and double or triple tax us and most of the STUPID sheople let them. I have friends that live in states where there is no income tax or sales tax. so you just have to decide what works best for you.
I have no choice other than to move and I accept this as it is. Rarely complain because I know I do have a choice. If I didn't share custody of my 8 y/o daughter I would move in a heartbeat.......You know you want one!!Comment

What I want is accountability. I want a government that works for the people, not the people working for the government. I want common sense, not partisanship. I want remove corporations and lobbyists. I want the pay to go up and costs to go down. I want those who's wealth is on the stupid level, to actually help people. I want to see racism be a distant memory. I want good, we'll thought out Star Wars end trilogy. I want to see Disney be destroyed. I want people to be happy to go to work and not dread healthcare. I want to free Ukraine. I want police that are there to serve and protect, not be next in a murder crime.
But I do not want what you call obligation. That is what Trump wants. He wants to put himself above everyone, to be praised and heralded, like a god-king.
In case you are wondering, most liberal thought is that everyone is the same. People are all the same, it doesn't matter the colour of your skin, or the religion you worship. You are no better than me, by the words in the constitution.Comment

Well, that was 4 years ago and now as VP, she has garnered much more experience running a campaign, she has better messaging and she has everyone rallying to her. While I didn't agree with Biden dropping out, I could see that it was the best, as Kamala is soaring.
