Posting up links that no one cares about?

So let me do some explaining, Lucy.

Trump stuffed SCOTUS with enough republican or at least republican leaning judges to basically turn over any law or lawsuit that gets to SCOTUS.

Trump commits crimes because he is a criminal and has almost gotten away with everything.

A prosecutor for DOJ, gathers evidence, puts forth all the necessary requirements to bring charges against Trump.

SCOTUS throws out most of the initial case because they think/believe that they(SCOTUS) is "paying back" Trump for their jobs, or he represents enough of the same ideology to keep them in power and for those members to be greedy as they wish to be.

Said prosecutor, who is not a dummy, understands this and adjusts the refilling or resubmittance of the case without those indicators that got the case thrown out in the first place.

Using a new grand jury, gets the indictment for the old crimes in a new case.

TL;DR new case, just the same old criminal.

And here I will answer some potential questions for you.

            1) he can't be charged for the same crimes.
Double jeopardy is were you cannot be tried for the same crime, it is has nothing to do with the charges.

            2) SCOTUS will throw it out again.
They shouldn't, but nothing is ever fully assured. But what is different is that the new charges took out all the possible Immunity questions out, so all the charges now reflect time while he was out of office.

            3) but this won't effect the election.
To a point, yes. The case shouldn't be tried this, as trump and his crack legal team will do and use every conceivable and moronic delaying tactic that they put forth. But at this moment, it is more the optics of the criminal president still under indictments for the election. Kinda like how the GOP keeps trying to impeach Biden, to make it fair-zees with how trump was impeached twice.

            4) he's innocent...
If that is so, then why doesn't he speed up the trial and prove his innocence? But we all know he isn't, it is just the fact that he has never been held accountable till now, or no one has tried to hold his feet to the fire, as it were.

            5) but the courts will say that special counsels are illegal.
If that were true, then the trial and conviction of Hunter Biden will be overturned and we can't have that happen. Plus, under the DOJ, a special counsel can be brought into the DOJ, simply enough by writing a memo or something simple like that. So, even if the defense tries that, it can and should be easily rectified.

            6) trump was a president and president's are immune.
Yes, active, sitting presidents are, and that is why trump not only announced super early, before the indictments were issued, and why becoming president again is his only true way of getting out from under the federal indictments.

            7) won't a new administration just end the prosecution
Not normally. Because special counsels and court cases, especially criminal ones have long trials, they are routinely carried over. Though I can't name one from Obama to trump admins, I am sure that those DOJ officials, either handed off or finished cases on new administrations.

            8) this is a persecution not a prosecution.
You say that, but then say that the Biden crime family will be in front of a judge and thrown into jail. After 4 years of trying to find dirt on our POTUS, and when Biden is out of office, the same immunities that trump sought for his actual crimes, would apply to Biden. In law, it works both ways.

I read them. I often need a bit of hilarity during my day.

I'm having to use more creative methods to provoke a response without resorting to polls or merely listing perceived grievances against Harris.

Ummm, everything anyone says here is an opinion. I give my opinion based in fact, i.e. my interpretation of that facts as I read them. And the you give your opinions on what foxnews and other sycophants sites you repeat are opinion. So my second post that you are alluding to is entirely an opinion. I posed questions that I might see and tried to answer them. It is as much, going back to paintball, which barrel is best. It is merely the fact that, someone posed a wrong hypothesis about the new superseeding indictment that I corrected him on. So like it or not, what I am relaying is fact and you can certainly argue on what shade of green the grass is, it doesn't change that the grass is still green.

So, you see, when I reply to a post, I go about correcting false information. Whereas, what everyone else writes or links about is, just spreading manure.

17k views, and a click bait title? No thank you. If it looks like click bait and sounds like click bait, only people who are easily duped and deranged pass that link on.

And the transcript of the interview, you have to go to the source. It's not like foxnews will give you a link. S9 its more like you refuse to go to the link than CNN refusing to publish the interview.

And Jym, you said something very important(& wrong, but that's beside the point). You say that Harris isn't what this country needs right now. What makes you think that trump would be any better? Granted, Harris is piggybacking on the Biden administration, so it is not wholly hers, but we already know what we get with trump. He is a known commodity. And granted, he did have a pandemic happen, but Trump destroyed our standing in the world, caused major economic problems with his mismanagement, and absolutely did not accomplish anything.

                              No new healthcare
                              No new infrastructure bills
Tax breaks for the top 1%
                              Runnness climate policy
Almost pulled us out of NATO
                              Tanked the economy
Added more to the deficit than every president before him, combined.
And he is far too old to be president. He can barely keep awake in his various trials.

                              NO THANK YOU

You may want a criminal leading your party, but I don't. Criminals should be in jail.
