Now, the proposed law with its massive restrictions refers several times to firearms, not paintball.
However, the description of what constitutes a barrel is more than vague. To quote:

It's that "similar article" at the end that got to me as a paintball player.
If passed, that description would include a paintball barrel that could fall under jurisdiction. Just because it's called a "barrel".

Things seem to be heating up. The garden hoses have thawed, and I'm able to get the critters clean water.

Allegedly, as a cover for Iranian re-deployment preparing defensive counterattack.
Today, Trump authorized the use of force against Iran. With help from Israel.
Immediately, Iran asked for help from neighboring Countries. Places like Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
So far, twenty-four countries have just said "Nah, Brah".

Actually, I'm concerned about my home State of Virginia and our new Governor - Abigail Spanberger.
Despite running on a platform of "Affordability", Democrats have proposed over 50 new taxes.
Proposed at least seven firearms restrictions, that rural Sheriffs refuse to impose several as unconstitutional.
Speaking of unconstitutional, the Democrat redistricting plan is already getting legal pushback.
To top it off, while clapping themselves on the back over giving teachers a 3% raise they propose giving themselves a raise of 178%.
Effectively tripling their current wages. At taxpayer expense.


Virginia is a weird place. 50% of the population lives in 10% of the State. Mostly around D.C. or the coast with its beaches.
Those places that have the worst overcrowding and least resources making demands on those who actually produce.
Without consideration of what is required to maintain such a population.

I'll admit, I'm way out. Far from civilization. An hours' drive to the closest Dun'kin Donuts.
So, a lot of things don't affect me. Out here, we just do what we do.
We change our own oil in our car. Lay in mud to repair a leaking exhaust.
We do things politicians would never consider getting their hands dirty with out of necessity, not affordability.
