hmm...the pic works for me. I would have posted it, but it's too big. The best track car would be a Honda CRX, they are small, quick (after you invest 10-20k in them), and have great handling since they are so small. Strip out all the internals, rip off the whole exhaust system and put straight pipes, only guages you need is a tach, fuel guage, engine/oil temp, fuel psi, oil psi, and I'd recommend getting an Apexi engine management computer that they make. Take out the headlights and make sure to leave break lights. When stripping, take out all of the dash and door panels and everything, and make sure to put in a nice steering wheel, racing seats, and a roll cage is a must for any track car! ok, ok, don't lie about what car you have! McLaren F1's are sooo rare and have an ungodly price tag. Even if you had the money, finding the car would be harder then making the money. Please be honest in your post.

The Ford Focus had 90 recalls last year, while I think it was the volkswagon jetta had 20-30 or something.

Focus was in the Top 15 Best Economy cars since its creation...

Regardless of quality, it seems to sell well. At work I see at LEAST 10-12 go out per month. I can even get a list of the recalls, the most major didn't effect vehicle performance or safety..

Are you entirely sure that car is yours? Looks like there's an older Bimmer in the background that would suite a young driver like yourself perfectly.

I had a chance to drive a 330XI for a week while a buddy of mine was undergoing surgery and my car was in the shop. It was a nice car, except I really didn't like the smooth, silent powerband. There's something unatural about being able to drive around at 4k all the time without the any additional noise originating from the engine bay. He had mods that ranged from a full body kit, Brembo brake conversion, 19" Hammans, K&N Cone, and a cat back exaust. It's a nice car, but for a few thousand more I'd take the M3.

I know exactly what you're talking about. When I first got the car if I had the music up too loud I would look down at my tach and it would be just resting there at 4k. I've really gotten used to it. I like the fact that she's a silent beast though.

For now, the car is pretty much entirely mine. I was at a buddy's house when I took these pictures. That's his mom's 1990 535i in the background, and to the left (not pictured) was his 1990 535i (5 speed).

This car is actually pure academic incentive. Assuming I get into BYU provo (in yer neck of the woods ) then the car's registration gets put in my name. Otherwise, my parents get to keep another nice car.

My step dad's old M3. He sold it and bought an F-150 i'll never talk to him again.

1997 M3, custom m3 pinstripes, remus SS exhaust. Sounded like a mix between a ferrari and a 428cj. grumbly but it whined out too.
