Then the captin says "well at least the cops werent involed last year, almost were but they didnt get called" and he seemed proud of the fact. I started thinking what am I getting my self into? It turns out that not geting the cops called is good considering that two years ago one of the players was arrested on a felony charge. I turns out that the road trips can get pretty wild.The older members wont even tell us rookies what happened so we dont get ideas. I cant wait till our first road trip.

hehehe Yeah I used to play water polo on the weekends. My old swim coach was the captain on Tufts team. It was pretty fun, tiring, but fun! yeah, as a rule college water polo and swim teams are pretty crazy. should be fun!

I was on varsity football last year (sophomore)

but I got bumped down to junior varsity because I missed so many practices! (kicks self "gotenks you lazy ***!"

anywho, I think he'll get me back up there before the first game (i hope)

but I think it would be fun, a 175 pound receiver like me, running over little people like sophomores =)

Hehe, I'm not even that big and I start at defensive end and fullback (yep I play offense and defense, hooah!) as a freshman. I'm like 5"11, 165, so I'm not huge, but considering that I was only .5 of a sack away from our county's record in middle school I should be alright Especially since I made our former starting (senior) tight end cry when I hit him, needless to say he was off the team quicker than you could say he was....uh, off the team.

Varsity is a crapload harder though, long practices everyday and lots of running, plus I get beat up really bad cuz our team is a basic wing T formation, so the plays look like this: I get the ball, go up middle. I get the ball, go inside tackle, I get a pass, then get tackled. hehehe

I play for the JV soccer team in my high school. Bein a freshman sucks. I have to get the water, carry the balls, and deal with all the other guys crap... oh well, its not really that bad. If i keep playing the way i do, i'll make varsity next year!

It is the same way at most schools. You guys have freshmen hazing? They shave all the hockey players heads but all hazing was stopped except for the hockey one because the froshes choose to.
