I'm sure you've heard fo the big bang vs. Creationism debates.

My thought turns towards reconciling these two theories.


Maybe the big bang WAS Creation.

no no no , the bang that supposedly created the universe, and all the planets in it. Facts i agree, and i believe it was, and the random particles that became the earth, contained the correct elements to creat a little blob of life....

My thought in this thread wasn't about Him exactly, it was about putting two seemingly conflicting ideas together.

Thus the reconciling part.

I believe God is eternal and sovereign. He always was and always will be. He controls everything that happens. He created the earth in six 24 hour days as stated in Genesis 1 of the Bible, and rested on the seventh day.

I could be wrong but I dont believe it said 24 hour day.

That's why Moses lived to be around 900 years old, because the Egyptians hadnt made our standard calender yet.
