Anyone see a comparison between ricers and cocker owners?

They both buy a car, then completely strip it of stock parts and replace them with aftermarket ones.

But you have to admit that 300 at 4500 IS more impressive than 300 at 7500... no matter how you got it there. And then again 300 is 300. But what is redlining? And what is max HP? bah.... 300 is nice now matter what.

        Again..... Its ALL GOOD.
Ahh... well I think in another way

Nitrous is a cheap excuse for tuning.

Thats exactly why if your running nitrous and you win, the other guy is always gonna ***** "he's running the bottle, if he wasnt I win"

When your making 300 purely out of the engine, not even a turbo or supercharger, then that impresses me.

Even though your right, fast is fast, and if someone is running the bottle, I won't use that for an excuse for losing. But, does it not impress you when people get these powers out of natural aspiration?

F1 cars are the best. 1500+ more horsepower, out of a 2.5 litre naturally aspirated engine at 19,000 rpms. You have to be impressed in those kind of engines

            ahh..

Actually wings are functional on a front wheel drive car (but most of those double-decker shopping cart handles riceboys put on, is TOO much)

Is that your truck? sounds dope.

I know you didn't bust out with tha IceyHOTTStuntaz! ROFLMAO!! THAT IS SOOOO FUNNY! Rollin' on Dubb's when they're 16x8" rims lol!

Anyway... Shartley nice way to avoid racing... speeding up to 80 mph to let him pass, me...I would have picked up formation with the car in the other lane..and not allowed ricer boy to pass.. then how impressed would his girlfriend have been if you had to stop real quick? (not saying you or I would.. but what if...)

That's something a lot of these ricers I guess will never learn. Accidents happen.. period.. and.. they're ALOT harder to avoid when you're goofing off trying to impress your girlfriend, riding rears (I guess they're all gay?)!

Shartley you handled that alot better than I would have if it was my girlfriend and I.. I probably would have followed ole boy home... waited til he went inside..then I'd let the air outta all his tires..and stole the valve stems! Anyway..nice story.. don't let anybody tell you you're full of yourself... that like say you have too much confidence! hehe

Anyways, I thought gran turismo stood for "Grand Touring" Which is a class of car (in racing)

Touring class has stuff like the civic, integra, lower class bmws and audis, mazdas, and that sort of stuff.

In Grand Touring Class, I see stuff like saleen mustangs, NSX, Supra, Porsche, High end BMW's, and that sort of stuff.

I always root for the NSX

Close.. good guess. I use their Professional Series of polishes though. The way to distinguish them apart at a quick glance in the stores is that the "Consumer Series" comes in a burgundy container, and the Professional Series comes in a cream/tan color container (noted that for those who did not know). You can also order directly from Meguiars for those hard to find polishes and cleaners... at http://www.meguiars.com

What I use is their Professional Cleaner Wax (Mirror Glaze) #6. You can use a combination of cleaners and waxes but for me, I just don't have the time. #6 does both duties well... cleans and waxes

You will find #6 in their Surface Preparation section in the Professional section of waxes. It is there because it does both clean AND wax. If you look in their Polishing section you will see they skip #6 and go from #5 (New Car Glaze) to #7 (Show Car Glaze). I am telling you this so you don't freak out when you can't find #6 where you think it should be. LOL

"A single step to brilliant protection. The right wax for many users is one that cleans, polishes and protects all in one simple step. Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax fills this need. Applied by hand or machine, it removes light oxidation and lays down an extremely durable high-gloss finish. Made For Professionals."

                              - Quoted from Meguiar's site

It is awesome stuff. I use a random orbital 10 inch for my first buffing and then hand buff and hand detail. And if you are familiar with Maguiar's products you know they often understate the results. And if you were impressed with their Gold Class, you will die when you see this stuff work.

I also highly recommend their Natural Shine Vinyl and Rubber Protectant. It is fantastic... best I have ever used. You will find that in the Consumer section in the Interior Care section. But it does ALL rubber to include the tires.

And if you want something ONLY for your tires, I would recommend looking at their Gold Class Endurance or High Gloss.. both work well, and actually Endurance will give you a High Gloss with as little as 2 applications and will last weeks... no hype there, it really does.

LOL As you can see, I use quite a few of their products. I have used almost every brand of car care over the years and find Meguiars has NEVER let me down. Sorry if this sounds like an ad for them, but you know me..... when I find a product that actually does what it is suppose to and even surpasses its claims, I will promote it vigorously.

And don't be afraid to bounce back and forth between Professional and Consumer products... both work fantastic, and it will also many times depend on what you can get your hands on.
