I played it last night and it is pretty awesome. Definitely the best game (excluding sports titles) ever made IMHO. I really like the crotch rocket motorcycle. That thing kicks. I stole one and rode it into the mall and up an escalator just to run down gang members and customers. That was hilarious. I think the car selection is nice as well as the sountrack. They have some great music on there...VROCK!

Imagine this scene: My buddy is playing and just got done with a mission so he manages to steal a car in front of a cop and piss them off. Well, he kills a couple and then steals a moped of all things and takes off with the cops in pursuit. He suddenly thinks to change the station on the radio. So, he's half-dead, speeding down a highway on a moped being chased and shot at by cops, with REO Speedwagon's "I'm gonna keep on loving you" playing on the moped radio! That was hilarious! It ended with his turning a corner and running smack into a police roadblock at full speed sending him flying into a building's wall.

i got the game so far my favorite weapon is the chain saw. favorite ride i got so far was the bikes. i like that you can goast ride the cars and bikes but i wonder if you can do it with the planes and such.

Oh yeah, I got five. I'm a specialist at pissing the cops off! I did it by executing one of the beat cops right in front of another cop car, then stealing his patrol car and wreaking havoc. The trick is to find someplace to hole up in that has a roof so a chopper can't shoot at you and they come at you from only one angle. I found a parking garage after I blew up my first chopper, then started whackin' everyone that came in front of it. When the fifth star drops, they send out the FBI (or "efff-bee-eye!" if your Keanu Reeves) in these black suburbans. Bad thing is, four agents jump out of each suburban with these really fast MP-5 machineguns. They cut through your armor and health real fast so you have to be on your toes. I almost made it out of the garage past the four or five burned out cars to steal one of the suburbans, but another one rolled up and the four agents that jumped out cut me down. I haven't been able to live long enough to get six stars yet, but I attribute that to the fact you don't have the missle launcher in this game. GTA3 I got buck wild with the missle launcher. He,he,he...

Sweet. I havnt been shot down yet, I've gotten six stars, but I havn't gotten any tanks after me yet. I love it when the swat team comes down on ropes from the choppers. So cool.... This might be a spoiler, so, thats your warning. Has anyone gotten the tank yet? Besides the one you had to steal in the mission? And, does it have the self destruct thing on it? Also, anyone gotten the mini-gun yet? I was trying to figure out codes and I got it, pretty sweet. I hope it shows up in the game soon though, so I can mow people down. One more thing, if you cheat, don't save it! It takes points off of your criminal rating, and yes you can go negative.

I haven't done anything but play GTA VC and work since tuesday. Awesome.

I actually decided to stop for a bit and check out the paintball forums and snag some Tom Waits.

Best thing about it is the motorcycles!!! Man they're a blast!

well i got it myself on saturday without preorders or reservations or any other junk. i was supposed to get that earth and beyond hitman 2 contra(the new ps2 one) and lord of the rings for $80 because supposedly for ANY 2 ps2 games you trade in you can get a new one for 10 buckaroos. so i bring in 8 games to cover the 4 ps2 games and it should be 40 and hte other game was about 40 too. anyway they say that games you trade in must be recent even though on the ad the freakin hand out while your waiting in line says ANY ps2 game
