we all know that sadam husame was voted into presedentsey agen, but some people dont want us to know that when they voted the balet had two options eather to vote for him or not to. thoes wher the only options. then you had to right your name and where you live. now would you vote no. hell no. do you think that ther going to say "well we respect your vote" no, i can gerinte that they would probably put a bulet in your head, and maby one in all the rest of your famile. so sudam can suck me. also think about where we live, and how lucky we are.

1. the US does need the middle eastern oil, they are running out in north america, (not any time soon, but still), natural gas just isnt an option, and they would have control of a lot of oil with iraq under their belt. and if not all that then they would want it just for the reason that other countries already have contracts with iraq for their oil, why let those other countries have it?

2. Osama would not work with sadam, i cant remember the reasoning but its a good one (political or religious, cant remember), im sure someone could find out pretty easily by googling it.

America and Britan would have limited time to do what they wanted, You dont get to "OWN" tho country after you have overthrown the dictator. However they could put a Puppet in power just like the CIA did in Iran with the Shar(sp?)

This would allow the Us to have a back door for a while, and allow the States to have access to Iraq's Oil as a payback for getting rid of Sadam who sucks!

Lets face it, the Iraqies dont love Sadam they just fear him.
America doesnt hate Muslims they faught on their side in Bosnia.

I just wanna reitterate(sp?) my comment about the new bin Laden tape activating the current sleeper cells in the US. FBI, CIA, etc. all report lots of activity and if you haven't read the paper yet or seen the news the country has been bumped up to a much higher security level. I'd just like to say that we are all so screwed. And no, I'm not a pessimist(sp?).

You guys are not looking at the big picture here...

First of all we could not step in ANYWHERE including Iraq and sieze oil fields, no matter what they would be used for, there would be World War.... period!!!

Lets look back to post gulf war. When there was this little thing imposed we like to call an EMBARGO. Iraq can not sell its oil under this current regime. Once it is replaced, and a nice friendly government is installed it will hit the market again..... what will this do?? Well adding another major oil source does one thing.... lower prices EVERYWHERE. This coupled with the newly discovered oil fields in Africa (largest now in the world and needs like some 65% less refining then that nasty middle eastern junk)will cause a beautiful little bottoming out of oil prices.

This will also take away a great chunk of power from those nasty little guys from an organization we like to call OPEC. Weakening there ability to control the price of oil Worldwide.

The United States imports more then 60% of its oil for one reason....because it CAN!! Plain and simple.... why burn up your own if you do not have to(not to mention its quite expensive to drill for oil in the US thanks to unionized labor.) Also we are NOT I repeat NOT running out of oil in the US anytime in the next millenium. I know you guys have heard about that yahoo Clinton stalling out the HUGE oil project in Alaska. That site alone has hundreds of years of oil and natural gas not to mention the ones were still pumping now.

There is a very simple reason to link Osama and Sadaam
Terrorism cost alot of money.... Sadaam can "show Osama the MONEY!!!"

This is purely speculation on my part.... but if I was a terrorist organization and I wanted to do the 3 things they try to with an attack:

1. Mass Killings
2. Damage the econonmy
3. Instill fear in the masses

I would attack a cruise ship.... think about that... and how scary (and simple) that would be. Just do like they did a while ago to that tanker or whatever and ram one with explosives. All 3 objectives are achieved, not to mention the fact they only need one or a very small number of psychos to give up thier lives like with the planes.... scary!

My last rave.... BUSH did not put us at war.... Whomever decided it a good idea to fly jumbo F&*%^ng airliners into buildings did.... and they WILL PAY!! He has tremendous resolve!

But, there is no faster way out of a recession then WAR!
And what greater thing could happen then nice low oil prices as a result of eliminating terror.

no symbolic value, not a huge loss of life. if theyre going to do an attack on american soil its going to be big, not some cruise ship.

the smart thing to do would have been to track bin laden down and send in some people to kill him and make sure hes dead, instead they bombed anything al-queida (sp?). and look what happened, they dont know where he is now. A counter attack was brought upon by the WTC, but it was Bush who decided what that counter attack was, and he choose a war on terrorism, and look what it got him, a bunch of dead underlings and bin laden alive who knows where threatening more attacks.

err bin laden and saddam would never work together. bin laden believes in a pan-muslim state basically every muslime in one country. saddam believes in pan-arabism which is one big arab country. if im not mistaken bin laden isnt fully arab and saddam doesnt like jews persians etc(he is heavily influenced by his uncles book thats call three things in the world i hate jews persians and flies or something like that) also bin laden doesnt need the money from him and the only way saddam would give anything up to terrorists if his own downfall is near and he cannot use them himself
