would you sell the stock plastic part of the foregrip that you replaced w/ the clear rubber one?

nope didnt buy it from Daves. pretty much built it from scratch.
unable to sell the molded grip to you. When i purchased the splash/smear ano kit from AGD the foregrip already came with the clear grip.
Personally i would rather have the grooved grip than the clear one.

why dont you switch it with the one on your z-gripped RT?

it looks like it would just be able to slide off

            doesn't look like brass..

I think it is a berillium (my spelling sux) deadblow for metal working. Don't try to drill or dremel it though because the dust will cause cancer. Hope it helps ya.

My guess is that it's a weight. Weigh it on a digital scale. If it is measures in at an exact weight, like 75.000 grams, then you have some proof that its a weight. if it weighs in at like 78.372, then you could assume it is not a weight

Mabye if wrapped a rubber band around the smaller part of the object then colored it with fine pastel markers, it would turn into a beautiful butterfly-slug with magical powers of german origins
