to do a net send you have to have windows messaging enabled. to enable/disable it under winxp go to start>control panel>performance and maintenance>administrative tools>services. scroll down to "messanger" double click and set the startup type to disabled/enabled depending on what you want. theres no way to get your ip off a list because there is no list, the spammer usually will just send a message to any ip range.
