I'm sure you have all seen the Mac switch commericals here is a funny one about games I think you will all get a laugh.

Ummm..no, not funny. Macs can run ALOT of games, and operate better than PC's in general. That thing about upgrades, totally uneducated. I dropped another 520mbs of memory on my eMac, so I can run circles around any other PC playing online. PC users are just upset that their machines don't handle as well.

Actually i have used two macs, not my own personal ones but anyway one was a old laptop and was horribly slow but I assume thats because it was a old laptop. I also had alot of experience with those newer ones in all the pretty colors. I hated the hockey puck mouse. And I don't think it had OSX so that is a good reason why I don't like macs.

OSX rocks!! It really does!! Oh, sponge, Apple has no-ball fiber optic mouses, really kool. Oh, dansim, I've never played breakout, but I'd be glad to whoop you in Starcraft, Warcraft, of some Ghost Recon anyday!

Lets not forget to mention that the original Doom III trailer was demo'd on a Dual Processor G4 with a GeForce4 ti card ....

I love my G4 Cube .... Dual 800 MHz G4CPU's, with 1.5 Gig Ram, 80 gig Hard Disk, GeForce 3 video ... gotta love it

Personally the only macs I've delt with since System 7 are in the chemistry labs here. And they are junk, they crash every time we use them, half the time they simply won't boot. Now granted there could be reasons for it that I don't know, and OSX should be better, I still don't like them. There are more games for Windows, far more. More software in general. And as far as stability, if you want stability, go with Linux. Thats my opinion anyways, and if you don't agree, I don't care and I'm not going to argue with anyone.

Hey, I know how you feel, I hated the Apple 2gS as well, piece of crap. Macs have come along way since then, but if you like PC's, that's cool. I respect that, it's just alot of PC users don't respect mac users. Also, Virtual PC can run EVERY PC application, so basically, MAC'S ARE UNSTOPPABLE!! LOL

The best game ever was made for the mac only. it was called Escape Velocity, and i loved it, played it all the time on my old LCII. But now i'm a pc guy, and at least now i can buy software in a store.

Sure macs might be "better" in hardware than PC's, but I still hate MAC's with a passion. Macs can burn in hell for all I care. Oh well, Ill let the number of PC Users vs Mac Users speak for itself.

Dual G4s are faster than any PC, companies like pixar and other major cgi companies use them for thier work. The Geforce 4 and the Geforce FX debuted on the Mac. Macs are great machines dont rip on the mfor lack of game selection, they are working on that. Unreal II the awakening will be on Mac
