never been in a real fight. i'm far too easy to get along with. besides for some reason people just assume i can kick their butts. so basically why would you pick a fight with someone you don't have any reason to and would probably beat the crap outta you? that's why nobody fights with me.

Well as a youth I have had more than my fair share or fights. Mostly because I was small people felt the need to pick on or try to beat me up as a way to raise thier level of status. Why I have no idea but when someone would pick a fight I made sure that I finished it. I think I really lost only 2 fights both to much bigger/stronger kids on the football team.

Sometimes you win respect for standing your ground, Sometimes you win respect for whipping the crap out of an a-hole. Sometimes you loose and you still earn respect for standing up to someone that you knew would give you an whipping. By 9th grade no one but new kids would mess with me. I spent way too much time in in school suspention and most of that was because I was defending myself from someone elses need to attack me.

Later in life I try not to get into fight but sometimes you just cant. I had a guy at work take a swing at me, I kinda side stepped and his punch landed on my shoulder. He drew back for another swing and at that point I closed and trussed him up so he couldnt swing so well. After a few weak hits to my groin area, I lit into him, 4 hits and he was out cold. That got me a 7 day vacation from work and some rather intresting legal arguments about getting fired for defending myself from an attack He got fired I got promoted Hahahah

People that never fight, have no idea whats its like and what its about. All I have to say is look at the French, before WW2 thier parents were teaching them to run and not fight in school. As they grew up that was the life lesson they learned, Not to fight. At the same time German kids were being taught that there is nothing that they couldnt take if they fough for it. Well when those two Life Lessons colide in war you see Germany taking the Frenches country in about 30 days and then becoming the most productive they have ever been under German ocupation.

ive been in a fair share of fist-fights. every time has resulted in me still standing. the worst one i ever got into started when i was at a friends house. her best friend came running in crying b/c her boyfriend just hit her. that is one thing i will never stand for. i found out where he was going that night, and beat the crap out of him in front of his friends. he was one of those hard-*** football players who thought they were better than everyone. he didnt get 2 hits in, and i gave him first swing. good times, good times.

I got into a fight in like 8th grade once, some jerk was calling me names and just getting on my nerves for like two weeks. So, I jumped him as he rode by on his bike, gave him a pummeling and my friend ate his lunch.

Heheh, good old days. We we're pretty much friends and he didn't piss me off after that, so it worked out well. That seems to happen to most people, everythings settled after a decent fight, as long as there arn't any broken bones or serious injurys. That never seems to happen with women though, dunno why.

Been in lots. Fighting in anger sucks, for sport it can be kinda fun. We set up a fight club when we were in highschool. Every tuesday and thursday at four, we had a place rented out in an industrial complex wrestling mats down to cover the concrete floors. It was a controlled environment. Just a few rules, no foreign objects, only one on one, either opponent could stop the fight at any time, we could stop the fight at any time. We even had a ranking system, fighters records were written in chalk on the wall. At times guys would come in to resolve issues, they were usually the ugly fights that had to be stopped. Through the whole thing not many people were seriously injured, and everyone had fun after the fighting was over, DJ, drinks, the works.

I got a realy short temper. Last saturday, I was playing a game against a team with a kid who just pisses me off. After about 5 minutes of play, Its left to me and him. I'm about 5 feet away from him, snap shooting, and I get one on his mask. He says out, but then as I get up, he shoots me in the neck twice and the mask three times. I throw down(more like dropped) my gun on the ground, throw off my mask, and charge him. He doesnt know what to do, so he just stands there. I takle him to the ground and start punching him in the face. He then curled up into a little ball. I stood up, and as I walked away, He tripped my. I got up and kicked him with my cleets. I was then thrown out for taking my mask off in a game.

I've also been in Martial Arts for a long time. I find it strange that most long time martial artists are sickened by actual violence (myself included). Why do martial artists train if it isn't to prepare for a street fight? That question is logical but for whatever reason it is not true (as I'm sure RRfireblade will affirm). We train for the love of the training and that seems to be it.

Only been in a couple of fights. One in Junior High and one in high school. Both times the guy had pushed me into such a frenzy that of anger that once I brought them to the ground they quickly gave up. No one got hurt but both times I was almost in tears because I was so embarrassed and humiliated that I had displayed such poor behavior in front of people.

                        EDIT:
Have a friend who was a bouncer. He told me an interesting fact of his experience. When he first started bouncing he would get in the persons face and invariable get into a fight every time (one guy usually versus multiple bouncers). As he got experienced, however, he would ask politely ask the person if they would leave (once again multiple bouncers). He said if you gave a person an out that would let them leave with their pride intact they would take it (90% of the time). If the only option you gave them didn't let them leave with their pride intact they would fight. Thought it was an interesting thing...

Last time I got in a brawl was at camp in 5th grade. My tentmate was a douche and when he stole my knife so he could cut his name in a tree, I waited till he put the knife down and a gave him one across the face. We fought for a couple of minutes before the counselors broke it up. I came out fairly unscathed and he only had a bloody nose. After that, we were fine. He quit being a spaz and I didn't regulate anymore. We got along fine and even became friends. We still even talk occasionally. In a way, we benefitted from the fight and I don't regret doing it.

I haven't been in a fight since and have no plans to. I don't really see any need to unless someone threatens me or my family beyond the point of being harmless.

                              Quite a few.

Everyone needs to give & receive a good *** kicking sometime in their life. Builds character.
