This is a protestor at the port of Oakland (California) after trying to block access to the terminal of American President Lines, a cargo carrier that has contracts with the Defense Department to ship supplies to U.S. forces overseas.

They were shot with wooden dowels, bean bag rounds, and sting balls (M&M sized plastic BBs) in order to get them to disperse.

With all the negative publicity Oakland PD is getting, it might be a good time for Tom to sell his Perfect Circle Paintballs.

Despite how stupid someone may seem, they still have the right to express it. You forget that and we turn into nazi's. Also, if you yell at her you yell at Ghandi, non-violent protesting is a lot better than violent protesting, an I'm just glad we have the means to stop it without lethal concequences.
