Not trying to sound fruity but I was wondering if anyone knew of any excercises that work out the buttocks. Because Well, I walk all the time and occasionaly lift weights and I recently lost about 15 pounds, but my damn *** is huge! It's like the biggest part of me and I want to get rid of it. Like when I'm buying pants I have to get pants that are like realy big because they won't fit over my butt. So anyone have any suggestions to help out my fat ***?
