okay guys, heres the pretense of my situation:

in class, my side of the room is doing stuff while the other side has to stay quiet. some whiny little kid who is on the other side decides to be annoying and asks something like "hey when can we go?" (it was annoying, just take my word for it, it doesnt translate well onto type). and me, being a humorous person decided to make fun of him and say "dude, shut the hell up". make note that our class has great chemistry and we are all buddies, and everyone knows that im just messing around. except for my teacher. he explodes on me and says to me, "kevin, why dont you shut the hell up!!!" (now, if this were a student i would have said something along the lines of "that sure was a clever one now wasnt it", but i decided to save it for later and not talk back, risking actual trouble) and then, to add, he goes into a usual sappy, melodramatic, cliche speech about how we should stop making fun of eachother and that hes so sick of us being mean to eachother.

i will not sit and be tossed around by some boob like my teacher. problem is, he is my teacher, and i need a way to get back at him for making a fool of me with an absolutely horrible "comeback", if you will, and an attempt to valiantly defending the weak from their oppressors!

i meant no offense to the other kid, he aint bad, but my teacher has crossed the line, and im going to get back at him without getting in trouble. he thinks that EVERYONE thinks hes the coolest, but in reality we all know hes a sappy tool. no, im not going to put sugar in his gas tank, this, is a battle of wits! and saying "get over it" or "stop being a child" is useless advice, as i have been doing it all year and i will not take it anymore

prep. im a freshman, and i cant stand my friggin english teacher! the thing that makes me so angry is that im smarter than this moron. seriousy, his insights on our books are more obvious than an arm sticking out of someones butt, and i get stuff he never thinks about and he says "oh, thats good.."

Pushed around by your teacher? Jesus, if I said "shut the hell up" to ANYONE in our school and a teacher heard it, pop, I am majically talking to the principal. So just for you here are somethings to do:

1) grow up
2) realise that "shut the hell up" was as inappropriate for you to say as another.
3) quit being immature about it.

be carefull about exlax in the brownies thing... when I was in school (back in the stone age) someone pulled tht prank and this chick had to get hospitalized from it. the kid that pulled the prank got expelled and sued by the parents of the sick kid.

School is funny, the sooner you realize certain things the better.

1. You talk back the worst that can happen is he gives you a detention or tells you to go to the office. Whoooopdie do! It can be worth it, and incite further misbehavior from other classmates.

2. Detentions easy. At my school you can do homework and its only about an hour long. Gasp!! A quite environment with a desk to do homework in!!!!

3. Cutting out is a beeeeautiful thing. It pays to see if certain teachers will write you up for cuts or not. One of my friends has probably been to about 2/3s the amount of school that most kids go through. Schools like cancer, the less the better.

Realize this things and school can be much easier. I'll probably take all sorts of crap from adults on the forum but I don't care cause they probably don't know what they're talking about anyway.

well the school year is almost up. so not too much longer with the teacher. and as long as you make good grades, he has no way to fail you. so after the final, just let it fly what a bad teacher he is.

im so glad i took independent study at a continuation school. 30min a week of actuall class room, take home tests, and no drama. i wish i could have done it all 4 years.

once my friend took the top off the arm rest of our bio teachers chair and put some old rotten fish in there. They got pretty ripe after a while..and our teacher really regreted getting into a war of wits with him!
