This is a bit elaborate, but bare with me. Here's what you do:

1. Continue to do well in school. Not just in his class but all your classes.
2. Continue to get good grades through your Senior year
3. Apply and get accepted to a good college
4. Choose a major that interests you
5. Graduate college as soon as you can (while still having fun)
6. After you finish school, find a job that you enjoy and hopefully pays well
7. Get married, raise a family, ect...

This will teach him to mess with you!!! Living well is the best revenge.

You have do deal with it every day, be it at the workplace, or in school. Don't let one guy chap your arse. You'll get back at him later, but don't goof off your freshman year.... your first 3 years are crucial, especially when you're trying to get into college later...

one time when i hated one of my teachers I used to jack all of his writing utinsils. pens, pencils, chalk, markers, etc. they are easy to take and teachers get pissed when they are gone ALL the time. See if you can find his big stash, usually in a cup on his desk or in a drawer. Take them daily without getting caught and then the last day of school put like ALL OF THEM in a big pile on the floor. I did it and he like stared at me the whole way out of class. I could tell he was about to cry.

heh, i hate that... My history teacher is really stupid. She's basically a reject art teacher who doesn't know crap about history. I get back at her stupidity be out debating her. She then kicks me out of the room and forgets me for the rest of the period until my friend reminds her... aka, i get a free period to do anything i want. It's good revenge when everyone laughs at how she could forget someone she kicked out when he was in the window about 40% of the time.
