i have precision power amps and they are great. as far as your enclosure, it really depends on the sub(s) and the amp(s) as to what kind is for you. some subs work better with sealed boxes, some with ported.

as far as the 15's go, they are loud but my point is the sound quality. 3 10's will put out pleanty of earth shattering bass and will sound better too.

BT the enclosure is depending on what music you like. Compitition boxes with plexiglass will make the sub feal like it hits harder, thats for rap and techno types, If you like anything else get a reg box either sealed or ported depending on how it sounds in your car, sometimes sealed sounds better in smaller cars than ported.

I like MTX Thunder8000 or 9500 subs. I normaly get 2 12's but whatever size you want. Make sure its atleast a 4ohm sub with dual voice coils.

bt, dont by from crutchfield u can get cheaper other places. try thezeb.com and nexxon.com(lots of brands). but for subs if u want the good stuff try www.respl.com and www.adireaudio.com(shivas and bramas) www.edesignaudio.com and despite what people might say 15's rock if u get the right ones and install'em right those three companies i listed above make kickin 15's for sq(sound quality) and spl(sound pressure level). also u can get killer deals on ebay. theres lots of quality companies(wont rip u off or anything) that sell there at prices so low u'll go crazy. the 15" l7 kicker solo baric sub at crutchfield sells for 500 yet u can get it off ebay for 200. need i say more?

LOL 2 350 rms amps powering 4 subs, wow that won't be loud at all. My MTX comp subs run at 2000 rms each 4000 peak and I have 3 of them.

i talked to him about all this, he's standing by his decision for 2 15" subs... he said and i quote "if the interior has good sound quality im happy but when i kick in those subs i was the guy next to me to swerve into the ditch and george washington to roll over in his grave"

dude since ur kinda on a budget go with 2 kicker 15" solo baric l7s. with a good install u can be in the 150 dbs. u can get them off ebay for cheap(highly advised). and despite what people tell u install is pretty much everything. u can get the best subs but if u jip on the install they will sound like crap. so get sound deadening through out ur car. build ur own box(cheapest way-$50bucks ) out of 3/4" mdf ported to 30-40hz. btw make sure u bolt the box down hehehe.

oh yea dont forget amps that can power them at their rated rms rating.
