Paintballers are such extremists. There is a middle ground between "I must find my one and only soul mate!!!" (makes me sick) and "Sign this in triplicate and have your lawyer look it over."

I would submit that love isn't totally a choice. Although I do agree with Shartley's earlier post about people repeatedly making poor choices in mates and then trying to claim the whole "nice guys always finish last" martyrdom. So its partial choice and partially not. Oh great now I really am confused and screwed up. I don't know if it is a choice or not! Oh well.....

Problem with my college, I go to RIT, keyletters IT, There is a bout a 4 to 1 ratio. 4 guys for every one gal. In my major I am lucky to have 1 gal in my class. Also it is summer and the campus is pretty dead. I did go to a bar last night, had a few drinks, today i feel a WHOLE lot better.

Bah! Typically married man post. Keep your fidelity frustrations to yourself and don't give the kid bad advice!!!!

Don't listen to any of us. As with most middle aged men our memory of our maiden attracting prowress is much stronger than our actual current abilities. We just have to hope our better halves our willing to keep us.

Who said I have not experienced love? Again if you think love is not a choice and something that just happens then you are wrong.

BTW sounds like your first wife was a rebound from HS and you never really moved on from your HS sweethart. I dont want this to sound like a flame but statastically your second marriage will end like your first, I hope you prove me wrong.

Nope. I met by first wife many years and many girl friends later. It was just never the same and I convinced myself that the feelings I had in high school weren't really love. It was just infatuation. Well, that feeling is back. And it's more than 20 years later. Even when we are "fighting" it's still there.

And yes, statistically lots of remarried couples end up divorced again. Some, however, do not. I'm hoping for the later.

I really did not intend to offend. It sounds to me like you have never experienced what I have/am. Or don't believe it's love. Maybe ignorance is bliss, but that's fine with me.

Shartley has a point. I can definetely say I have gotten finishing the entire process in record time down to an art form. Not to mention the fact that my wife has figured out how to multitask during the process. Can't tell you the number of times I've caught her planning out her day/week while supposedly caught up in "passion"

Sorry. Getting way off topic here. But at least hostage you can get some humor out of it to amuse you.

Sounds like my college. I went to DeVry and the girls were mostly in the Accounting program. Surprisingly, the girl to guy ratio for my CIS class was like 3:1 compared to other CIS classes.
