I was at football training/workout this morning and as a part of the excerises we run using resistances. The resistances was a belt attached to me and a 15 foot tube attached to the belt going to someone as an anchor at the other end. I would start to run and after about 15-20 yards the anchor would follow me WITHOUT letting go of the tubing. Well the genuis forgot to follow me and decided to let go after i was about 40 yards away. So a quarter inch rubber tube comes hurling at my back from 40 yards away. I now have no skin on my right arm, a backful of welps and lashes, and a nice deep purple bruise that takes up my entire arm. Fun fun, ill get pics later. Ouch

That's pretty weird, but I saw a picture of some guy who literally blew his guts out of his cornhole while doing some kind of squat lift. That image haunts me to this day.I'm nothing more than text to you...
