this gets really boring after level 30. Around that time if you got your stuff built up all you have to do is sit there and let your archers take care of everyone. I have 100 wizards, 119 archers, 125 craftsmen, my walls are at 3.5k and ive made over 2.5mil after 34 rounds.

I made it to round 56( I was really bored at work). Had 700 archers and my walls are at 500k, with $7mil.

It got boring, I think im going to only train 50 archers and 500 craftsmen in a new game, lol!!!

To make archers get the temple so u can convert guys. Convert a guy by dropping him gently into the center of the castle. When he is converted, if you have an archery, click the flag and you will gain an archer, if you have any guys converted. I played that for a while until it got boring, pretty much when there's 5 big guys coming at you with those demoliton guys.... the enemy demolition guys make the game too easy.

what is everyone's strategy?

do you guys train lots of archers as fast as you can?

it seems like i never have enough archers around round 13, i get like 30-40 and then i just get pounded when like 4 of the big black stickguys rush me and i have no guys left to convert...so after about 2 rushes i die

You probably didn't have enough $ for the upkeep cost of your units...

Archers suck. I train like 10 or so, keep a few demos handy until I can afford the wizards. I train lots of wizards so I can kill the big stick guys easily (the explosion spell/instant conversion spell). After you get the wizards, it's a cakewalk. So basically, save your $ til you can get the mana pool, then build a few wizards to get yourself started. From there it's all about making sure those guys don't touch your castle!

No you utilize their spells, one is an instant death for one guy, the other is a giant explosion (similar to that of the demoliton one) and the other is an instant conversion. There is a mana bar that recharges at a certain rate. Your mana bar gets higher with the more wizards you train. So pretty much what you get when you train wizards is a console of destruction. The death one is pretty useless, but the other two work great. The instant conversion works great on the big guys, and for helping build your army.
