Halo Online Play!

Does anyone else on here play Halo for xbox, online? I just recently figured out that you can hook your xbox up to the net without xbox live, and since then I havent stopped playing!

Wow, www.xbconnect.com is great. Online play without paying for stupid xbox live, and you dont even need to use games that support online play (any game that supports network play works). Its alot easier to setup than xbox live too. All I had to do was run an xbox link cable from my computer to my xbox and i was ready to go.

There must be some AO'ers on here that already do this but i havent seen any posts anywhere so I thought id spread the word about www.xbconnect.com

Its an old idea. Gamespy tunnel has been out for a year or two now and it works fine except its more lag than live..
Never seen this one though..

My friends and I have been rockin the HALO online all summer. We're pretty bad compared to the kids out there (didnt know it was possible to be that good), but it's still such a good time.

TS in hang em high, doesn't get any better.

With shields...we are mediocre.

Me and my friends are all for the plasma pistols in battle creek. No one has beat us like that yet (ok so we have only been playing all day today and yesterday ). Seems like we always get wrecked when we play no shields in the larger maps

I used to play Halo over gamespy tunnel. But I don't play it much any more, I beat it a few times. I also have the cheats hack (yes cheats). Sadly it doesn't work too well in a Halo lan game (lags out or something), I've never tried it online, but it might work.... hmm, me=invincible, sounds good to me .

dude i gotta do this, but the system link play plugs up on ur computer if u got dial up, or two internet cable hook up port thingeys.

I only hav one.

i've done that before with my xbox, it wasnt fun at all. laggy and tons of disconnects. when does halo for pc come out? and will it have multiplayer?
