I wasn't digging the multiplayer, but it has some really good potential. They just need to put in some Ghost Recon elements.

If it was a little faster paced, I think it would be a blast.

I had fun with it for a bit.

Totally disagree!!! Training also only took me like 15 minutes. I love this game. It seems to be extremely close to a real life scenario. I just got back and downloaded the new version. Haven't tried to do the medic training yet. We'll see how that goes. LUV IT!!!

BTW...I've been playing for a while off and on..like since november last year. Also its not supposed to be fast paced. This isn't Red vs. Blue you know.

Yeah, the realism of the game is extremely cool. I just cant stand the long waits in between deaths and spawns. Maybe if, rather than doing round-based games, it was a continuous spawn sort of thing... it would be alot funner.

For a "free" game, it's amazing.

I like the slightly slower pace, and how it's designed to encourage team-based action. It's the most fun I've had playing a FPS since Infiltration -- don't get me wrong, Desert Combat is cool, but hardly realistic.

My favorite aspect to AA is that you can tell who has practiced with their weapon of choice, etc. Quick reflexes are important, but so are strategy and training. It's been my experience that games where there is a learning curve similar to AA's (or Infiltration's) keeps the "'leet haxors" out and makes the game much more enjoyable when playing on a random public server. The official public servers are nice too.

It's a great marketing tool for the Army as well, and I think it's worth my tax dollars.

If you're new to AA, it's OK to rush through training, but keep in mind that if you practice on the range it will help you in a firefight. Also, controlling your breathing will lead to more accurate, and thus deadly, shots.

So one day I decide I want to make Expert or Sniper of whatever it was. I think it's something like you have to nail 32 out of 35 targets. Anyway, I'm sittin there trying and trying again and finally I make it. So I go to the save to profile thing and it won't save. It wasn't logging on to the darn server or whatever. So I had to do it all over again the next day. Tooke me like an hour of just sitting there shooting targets.

                            Haven't played the game since...

I haven't been able to get sniper. I think its 36 of 40 you need and i can't get past 34. I'm not timing my breathing right. OH well...still an awesome game. Has anyone gone for the medic training?
