Attn CANADIANS, please help my friend

Attention Canadian citizens,

I have a friend who currently lives in the West Bank of Israel. He has an intention of moving to Canada to better his life and family. The regime in Israel is currently (and unfortunately) oppressing him and his family by not even letting him see his wife.
<P>From what I understand the canadian immigration system works on a points system, one needs about 75 points to pass. he has about 68 points. One thing that would get him guaranteed entry allowance is a "pre arranged job" or a job waiting for him in Canada when he gets there.
<P> He is a higly skilled and motivated individual who from what I have seen works very hard at anything he wants to succeed. He is looking for a job in the IT/ Tech field and has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Computer Engineering. He also has multiple certifications. It's terrible to be seperated from your family for sure, but Israel is under a constant threat of attack. The measures, although a massive inconvenience for the people they affect are also a very important step is assuring the safety of their nation.

It is unfortunate to be sure, but until there's peace that's the way it's going to be.

Sure those Israelis are so evil, let's go blow up a bus full of their children!

There is more then enough blood and hatred on both sides of this issue. The Israelis want to survive. The Palestinians want to live. If only they could work together.

Imagine the billions of dollars that they could make if they could work together. It could bethe ultimate tourist trap! Vacation in the holy land! Make a pilgramage! The money both the Israelis and the Palestinians could make off of that would be obscene!! First, they must convince the world it is safe to travel there. After that, watch the cash roll in! Too bad it will never happen in our life time!

this post is not here for political argument. Please Keep it out. I am a jew with relatives in Israel yet i still find it upon myself to help my friend who is a palestinian. This person is not one of those who blows up busses. He is one who takes time out to teach young children how to use computers. please do not spoil this post with political/personal jibes...if you can help, please do, otherwise any OTHER comments can be sent to me via PM.

All I can suggest right now is to get a hold of a Canadian business directory and start from there. This should be available online.
I take it that he has already contacted a Canadian embassy and has talked to different reps from employment and emigration.

And what I said was completely true. The Israelis are under a constant threat and their rules are a massive inconvenience. There's no judgement to my statement at all. I do not say anyone is right or wrong etc. Two very simply and irrefutable points. That isn't trolling, its answering a post.

And, on the subject of a job in Canada. I'll bet the best thing to do would be to do a search for sites designed specifically for the purpose you need. Having been to Montreal (full contact gentlmen clubs ) I know there is a very healthy Palestinian community there. I would be suprised to learn that it isn't an orchestrated effort, and I'd really look into that if I were you.

If everytime someone said "gosh darn" you jumped in with how the Bible is full of innaccuracies...that would be trolling. If at any excuse (like a guy looking for a job for his friend) you jump in with political statements, that would be trolling.

As for my earlier post, I just responded to an earlier one. If you call it trolling, so be it. I guess that is one of the points of an internet forum, eh?

As for my earlier post, I stick by it! Imagine what a tourist trap the area could be if the Israelis and Palestinians worked together. Hundreds of Billions in tourism revenue could be generated for all of them. I mean who wouldn't want to make a trip to the Holy Land if it was a safe place to go? Both sides could make a bloody fortune. Seriously!
