What's your favorite old school playground game?

hmmmmmmmmmmmm, what games did i play today (being 11 yrs old). we played football, then we played peg the tyler, focker, knocker, pocker.


football- football. do i have to say more?

peg the tyler- basiclly i hjave a friend named tyler and everyone pegs him. its alot of fun. one time this kid named david wanted to play peg the david and when he fell everyone started pegging him and he cried. in peg the whatever, dont fall down.

focker- football, but played with a soccer ball on a soccer field and you have to kick it in the goal to score.due to constant sacking no more focker

pocker- you can only punch the ball across the goal line. aweesome game, but also lots of sacking involved so no more pocker either.

knocker- pretty much football on your knees. lots of sacking, but only midget sacks so its not as bad.

Anyways, we used to play another version called SLAUGHTER HOUSE. In this version, people tried to slug you in the arm as you ran to touch the wall.

For some reason, I remember all the girls were pretty damn good at tetherball...

Oh man, I was the four square master. Those games would get so brutal, a kid once broke 5 teeth, an arm and his collarbone. Then they banned it. So I took up capture the flag. That game was awesome, we sometimes snuck out of school to play at this old cotten gen, but all they made us do was sit on......get ready for it.......THE WALL! I enjoyed the wall. Got to talk in the shade. heh, I wish we could still go outside.

dodgeball is the best game ever. Ahh the memories, head hunters, backspin, nutcrackers... good times. I'm not sure if anyone played like this but we would have a bowling pin set up at each end of the court to accumulate points. Knock the other teams pin over and get a point, eliminate the other team and win. My yonger brother has to play the retarded version of it, you throw the balls at a deflated basketball and try to get it to the other kids side. No throwing at each other :yawn:.

Wall ball is so fun although last time I played we did it differently than u guys described I think, but I broke a shingle off of this kids house when I played it But this year I think Im goin to a skool where we can play it w00t!!!
