I am not trolling or have any type of disorder.

I am just trying to get people to see what my post was and what it was not. It was not a political statement, it wasn't anything along those lines. It was me remembering all who died.

I did not say that those on 911 deserved to die, or that we shouldn't remember them, or anything which I would understand a harsh reply to come from. All I did was include others in MY memorial post. I did not tell anyone they were wrong in their post, or try and debate anyone.

But in our opinion you were trvializing those 3,000 deaths, and we asked you to stop and you refused. CB, at this point you should have been adult enough to know that your comments were considered inappropriate by everyone in that thread except you and since it was in relation to a national tragedy the adult thing to do would have been to just stop.

I even tried to get the debate to stop. But I found myself defending my, what I thought, was a very true and innocent post.

what you did is the equivilant of turning on the sprinkler system and then trying to hand out raincoats so people don't get wet.

I am still very dumb founded over the reactions I have received here, even threatening banning and telling me I am on the crapper list for doing what, expanding my list, and not telling anyone they are wrong for their beliefs.

If you were to be banned for this (which I doubt) it will be because you absolutly refuse to show any respect to anyone on this forum.

I said my post, rewrote it to make it clean and cut, so there should have been no misunderstandings.

I said my piece and tried to get others to say theirs, but you all would not even take what I said as it was, and keep posting and posting on my issue, even after I said I will not turn this into a debate, I even got so tired of all the debate that I said just read it for yourself. How can you expect me to stop posting, when you all would not stop posting your lies and opinions on me.

If you had just said "On this terrible day I take a moment to mourn those 3,000 innoncent souls that were lost to us 2 years ago this day. And I would also like to take a moment to mourn the deaths of all citizens of the world who are taken from us each and every day". (You should read the PM's I get when this crap happens with people who back me, but can't post for fear of this type of treatment).

No, we think you were inappropriate because you were. We think if we spoke out with you we'd have to betray what we know know is decent and right (and we'd also have to believe in something we do not believe in)

If I would have gone into an argument stating that all of you are wrong and should abandon your ideas of 911 for they were just lives like the others, and that you should do this and you should do that, then that would be inappropriate.

But you did that, only in a slightly more subtle fashion

But for me to say that to me I can only say a memorial post if I include all other deaths in the world. That is very true to how I feel, and how I (MYSELF) feel about the situation. That was neither inappropriate nor did it call for the response that it got.

I posted the proper way to do that, which isn't what you did.

CollegeBoy: This is what I want you to do... go to the next 9/11 memorial. Bring signs that detail your opinions, and announce to the crowd what your views are. Stand in the middle of the crowd. Don't tell them you are 'CollegeBoy' such that you cannot possibly use your 'singled-out' excuse because they don't know who you are. Explain to us what their reaction was once you are physically able to type again.

By doing this, you will discover that you are universally offensive... and it's not just us.
