Come on man, he grabbed him by the head and threw him, he didnt "use his own momentum" to throw him down. He grabbed his head, paused, and threw him down. Being the bigger man does come into play when you are being attacked by a 72 yr old man. How much damage do you think he could do?

im a teen and i wouldn't expect someone to take a hit from me, it could drop them. and i wouldn't want a hit from my 73 yr old grandfather; he could drop me!

edit: better specify that im talking about the amount of damage an old dude can inflict. i still think he didn't have to be thrown to the ground face first.

sadly, I have to agree with Sam, Zim took a flying lunge punch at Pedro, Pedro sidestepped, grabbed Zim's cranium and pushed him away, which, when you're 72 and not so spritely, led him to hit the dirt.

As for Pedro throwing at Garcia... Look at some old footage from the ALDS with the A's and Yankees from 2k or 2k1 where Clemens throws 3 STRAIGHT pitches at Tejada's head. Fastball pitchers live by intimidation, there's a reason why Pedro and Roger are in the big leagues making big bucks. They control the plate, even if they have to throw at someones head to keep them off of it.

He did, however, issue a formal, public apology. Can we expect the same from Pedro? Not in a million years. So I guess we know who the bigger man is now, don't we?
