You get to block the pond view of the white house, and have some angry neighbors :)

Well our hedges were 2in higher than the town ordinance allowed them to be. So she called the town, complained alot, got us fined, then the town cut them down and sent us a bill.
Then she didn't like the way our garden on the side of the house facing her looked. She lectued us on exactly how it should look we didn't change anything so she dumped weed killer all over everything. These were tomatos, stawberrys, plants we eat that she poisend.
She came out at 7 one time complaining about how we were making too much noise, screeming and yelling.
She runs over to all the new neighbors and tell them how horrible we are.
She wrote a letter to a local newspaper about how horrible we are and got it published.
Somone shot her cat with a pellet gun, we got blamed of course. We had BB guns, not pellet guns so there was no way we could have done it. Anyway we never heard the end of that one.
Our dog got out one day, her son (45yrs old still lives with her), put dog **** all over her.

                        Now our revenge :)
We put out a squirrl trap, cought one and let it go in her mailbox.
We drilled a hole in the bottom of all her trees and filled it with weed killer. Of course we dug down about 6in to where we dug the hole so it was all covered up.
We discoverd an ordinance against all of the hendges she just had just had planted infront of her house.
We just ran lawnmower engines with mufflers removed for hours in our yard.
We captured all the squirrls in the nieghborhood (she loves feeding squirrls) and relocated them.
We stole a wooden wishing well she had in her front yard and set it on fire in the road infront of her house.
And a couple other less legal thigns that I don't want to mention on here :)

If its a slab on grade, then rough plumbing is put inside the slab. Being that the house is so close to a high water table, it doesn't likely have a basement. Pulte is a damn good company, they should build a nice house.
