Hmm, I worked on a house two years ago, and its still not done. I think the timeframe was about five years to build. Then again, this guy spend about 40 million on the whole thing and flew over in his private helicopter every few days to see how things were going. I mean who needs three three car garages, not only that one had a maids quarters ontop, the other an exersize room over it and I don't know whats over the third. Then the guy decides he doesn't like somthing, and after 20 guys spend a week working on it its time to rip it apart and do it again.
