Alright, I've been a college freshman for roughly 2 months now, but the past week I've been sorta overwhelmed. I don't know if it's subconscious or not, but for some reason I've been having really late nights (up to 4, 6 a.m.), sometimes all-nighters, and I end up sleeping in and missing my classes (did it again today
). I am in need of a SERIOUS rehab. Anyone recommend what to do? I'm thinking that if I just get to bed by 1:00 or 2:00 tonight I will be plenty rested for my class. Does anyone find that setting multiple alarms helps? I set an alarm (far away from my bed) but either it didn't go off or I turned it off....
I'm loving college, and have been going to classes and doing my work, except for this week. Is it bad karma? Or do I just need a pimp-slap (for lack of a better word)?
