    In the article posted, the police gave the good samaritans credit for saving the young lady. How do you know he was helpless.

    He ran into an alley with a pipe and was chased there. He died. That is all we know for sure. Did he turn and attack his pursuers? WE DON'T KNOW!!

    Wait for the rest of the story before casting judgement!

        Ok, I just read that story again. It seems like it has changed since the last time I read it, infact i'm about 99.9% sure that it has. Many of the details of that story have been removed. In the last story I believe there was a group of people beating him, one of them pulled out a gun and killed him.
        And if they had to chase him down to kill him, that means he was fleeing, not attacking them.

            They could have been attempting to apprehend him, eh?

            If you had the chance to capture Malvo or Mohammad and simply let them run away, would you not be responsible for the rest of the victims?

            Again I say the story doesn't tell enough details to make a judgement.

            Am I going to mourn this piece of crap? The answer is still NO!

                            This is how I see it. If it was my girl. Or any of my close girl friends, ide beat him till he stopped moving thats for sure. I might even go as far to cut or shoot him. Depends on my frame of mind at the time AND IF I HAD A GUN OR BLADE ON ME.

                            ....you gotta see it like I do, If the guy was packin he's prolly a banger. And he aint gunna get no respect by the law for being a stand up citizen and saving someones life. Thats just the way things is.

                            I think what they did was justified morally. But it would not be justified by the law. If caught, he/they will go to prison.

                                What makes this even more confusing now is on the radio reports and some of the updated reports I've been hearing about the number of people involoved with beating the guy before shooting him has changed, now Ive also heard that there may have been 5 people in the car along with 2 guns, and none of the news stations in the area have the same story as to what exactly happened. I was putting up wha I heard on the radio before the news released the info. Now the news has a different version from what they started with.

                                Anyway, I didn't think things were going to get this heated on this topic.

                                    Well, I found out today a friend of mine got raped. So ive changed my mind, if I find out who the hell did it I will personally go over there and make that little **** wish he was never born.

                                        Dude, I was in that position a few years ago. I'm still mad about it and can sympathize with you and what you're feeling. Hopefully they will find the scum bag and bring him to justice. (Detroit Style if necessary).
