Okay, now I am officially old!

    Okay now I am old.

We just got home from buying a new Ford Explorer Limited from Holman Ford.

Why does this make me old? Well my evil wife is gradually pushing me towards a minivan. First my Jeep Wrangler went, now my Grand Cherokee. She picked out a car with 3 rows of seats and a DVD entertainment system for the kids.

She even tried to make me test drive the Ford Freestar, so I bought the Explorer and ran. Thank god for my little BMW. She can have that car when she pries the keys from my cold dead hands.

Nice SUV, but definitely a family car. Now I am old!

(I'll be old and dead when we buy a minivan. )

Family car -- or DEATH TRAP!?

          Eh.

Wifey picked it out. Purpose is to carry lots of tots.

The only cool thing is the dvd player. It has wireless headphones so I don't have to listen to Disney movies until I need to kill something!!

There is a difference. Jeeps have a cool factor. Explorers have a mom factor. I am not a MILF!

My step grandfather is about 60, he has a wrangler... And a Jaguar.
I don't think anyone will every make me give up my camaro. Then I plan on having a 96-98 grand cherokee with a nice 4.5in lift, 33in tires and all , and if I have any money at all a charger and Cuda. And damned if I EVER buy a ford
My stepmother hated her minivan, she kept taking my fathers silverado and had this nasty habit of hitting things with it.

I see about 3 everyday, but why would you prefer a Grand Cherokee to the original?
