The last show I was at was the Jagermeister Music Tour with Slayer, Hatebread, Arch Angel and Arch Enemy. And the pit when Hatebread started was a punch of idiots and was just how discribed it. When Slayer came on, there was no pit. i was kind of shocked by this, but then I thought about it. As far as Slayer fans go, I was even kinda young. As for slam dancing, I have not seen true slam dancing in years. Last time I think I can say I saw true slam dancing was at a Husker Du show in the early 90's. Now days it's just one big pit and people trying to crowd surf.

I think the only band that I must see now before I die is Gwar just to see their stage show as well as get drenched by all the fake blood they spray but they haven't been back to seattle in like 3 years.
Nah, they really aren't that great anymore live are they. I remember seeing htem when they were just a little band playing small shows in Seattle, then one day they kind of hit it big making it on the major radio stations and bigger tours. Then they switched to more touchy feeley emo sounding music and started sounding like crap.
