i dont think anyone for any crime should be executed. it basically says that if you get convicted of murder you wont have to spend the rest of your life in prison being beaten and raped like you deserve to be. it seems to me that it is taking the easy way out.Comment

just keep in mind that the execution is not instant. he will have the pleasure of suffering for years in jail while his appeals run. i wish he had been convicted in wyoming, so he could get the firing squad.Comment

Virginia: Lethal injection, or the victim can choose the chair.
But I believe the firing squad is only a "backup" in case other methods won't work (in Wyoming, and I believe also several other states)...
