I think that is very fair! Although I see where it can be seen as an occupation effort by the US to some countries, at the same time it is a slight reward for our efforts and those of our Allies who contributed to the war effort.

Awesome. I honestly have enjoyed how President Bush has put his foot down against people who so fiercely fought against this war. He has definately held up to what he said he was going to do.

reading the whole article, it mentions that companies from those countries can still Sub-contract, why are they griping so much? that's a big gift!
