So its not like I'm starving myself on purpose, its just how things are working. And I don't eat the slimfast bars, im talking about the shakes in a can :) And I don't eat at school because the food is disgusting and expensive and they don't let us eat off campus, so I just don't bother. So its either eat nothing, or bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to school. Now that you told me all this, I'm kinda scared that if I start eating "right" I will gain all the weight back before I start to lose more and that will discourage me like so much. I wish I knew what to do, but it just seems easier to just not eat. But I have heard all that you've told me before, its just hard when your family has no idea what a balanced diet is.



That way its fun and it helps. But make sure you get food somehow, or else your body wont be able to keep up with wait loss.
