      It's this simple.

Liberals are the people always trying to take away OUR guns. Now, if they want to do that and then carry themselves I'd like to know why it's ok for them to have one but not me.

If you're that offended that someone might take away your guns then maybe you should start thinking about the rest of the liberal platform, it only gets worse
Or better yet, why don't you kill yourself. No, really, die. Drop dead, don't leave a note, in fact burn your house while your little ego is stuck in a bench vice so that you'll also incenerate yourslef and everything you own with it. Because that's all you're worth. You're not even wirh thte time it'll take for the house to burn down, so just kill yourself. You're a waste of space. You are nothing, you always will be nothing. Don't leave a note, you're not worth the ink. - Tyger

Who needs tight grouping when you've got a bazooka. We should write up letters to congress demanding that we be able to carry concealed bazookas.

              A large brief case.

That's brilliant! Is it original? If not, where did you hear/read it?

In Canada, we actually have a lot of guns, though mostly long arms. I come from a small northern town, where nearly every home has 4-5 rifles and shotguns. Now I live in a city, and I only know a half-dozen people with firearms here. Only three with handguns.

Like the Brits, our laws say we are not allowed to defend ourselves except in extreme circumstances. I know of two cases where someone used a gun to defend their store/life. In the first one, no shots were fired, and the Crown declined to press charges (despite police wishes), as it was obvious from public opinion that they would not get a jury to convict. In the second, a man shot and killed a drugged-up biker who was breaking in to his apartment, threatening to kill him. He was acquitted on self-defence, but they took his guns away.

We're not even allowed to carry pepper-spray!

Too bad the MP5PDW is of german manufacture, and thus, even with a Class III weapons license, you still cannot purchase them unless you buy one from an american who bought one before the ban. The assault weapons ban law states that you cannot buy assault weapons that are of foreign make, PERIOD. You can certainly purchase american-made assault weapons if you have the proper licensing, but civilians cannot purchase foreign-made assault weapons.
