Its alot harder than it looks especially at 60mph... I used to have a WRX and it would literally EMBARRASS my current 4wd 4runner SR5 in the snow as long as it didnt go over the bodywork...

LSD's a low center of gravity and center viscous couplings do alot...

Who pays for a brake job? I just did my front brakes pads and rotors for $100, do you know what a shop would have charged to do that? But now I have to go back and do the lines and calipers damnit. The shop would have gotten close to $500 for that job BTW.

But all that power is rpm's, where is your torque, torque is so much cooler than RPM's :)

Embarassing SUV drivers in the snow isn't too hard most of the time. Because most of them don't know how to drive. We got about 3in of snow today, I was doing alright driving in my camaro, sliding a little bit but no problems. I saw so many SUV's sliding off the road, sliding through intersections, and having trouble getting going from a stop.

Pyro, the probably reason is SUV drivers rely on their SUV's 4x4 to save their hides. But all it usually does is send them into the ditch. Mine is an AWD setup with a limited slip front and a locking rear end with a Viscios clutch. A Great vehicle can still never make up for good driving sense when it comes to snow or ice. And agreed about the lower center of Gravity Butters, thats why my Bravada is an inch lower than a stock Blazer/Jimmy. Has amazing handling for an SUV.

I'm sorry, but a WRX 4 banger with 240 HP already rocks on your volvo. So does the STI, Evolution 8, Mazda 6, Mazda RX8 and quite a few other cars.

I drive a "tank" weighing over 7000 lbs... got a problem with it? And my 7.3 liter powerstroke engine was puttin out 215 HP and gobs of torque stock... dunno what kind of HP I'm getting now after all the exhaust upgrades and other mods I've done. Next on the list is a high flow air filter and a bullydog chip which has four settings: stock, 50hp for fuel economy, 75hp for better towing power, and 110hp setting for some real fun!

Oh and almost forgot to mention... my lugnuts require more torque than most of your guys cars make
