      tried downloading the mouse gestures extension from http://texturizer.net/firebird/extensions/#mousegest

      but uhh it just opens a page with a bunch of weird characters on it when i click install...

      edit- the java plug in won't install correctly, either..:o

        Try again, sometimes the page sends too slowly and firebird doesn't pick up it's an extension install.

            my firebird has problems whenever i click a .xpi file..it just opens a page full of weird characters. why is it doing this and how do i get around it?

              Not sure.. .xpi are firebird extensions. It should recognize them.

                i got the mouse gestures extension to install...but i can't seem to find a list of the gestures and how to do them...i figured out back and forward lol

                  for some reason automags.org takes FOREVER to load with firebird. can anyone gimme tips of how to tweak/optimize my firebird? i've been looking through the forums, but no luck yet.

                      I'm sure I'll get laughed at by both the IE community and the Mozila community, but I use Netscape 7.1. Never crashes, and I've only ever came accross two pages (since Netscape 6.1 came out) that didn't render proper...

                      I'd die if I didn't have a browser without tabs!

                        Firebird has tabs

                        Atleast you're using the Gecko engine. Good start
