I like the Mopar A-body cars such as Dusters, Demons and Swingers. I wish I could find a Dodge Demon, but they are so rare

Quick thordic, play the I paid 1/4 of what you did for my car, if I put the other $30000 into my mustang, or even $10000 it would run circles around the S2000 all day for a fraction of the cost car :)Comment

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Yeah a car with a big displacement cost for cost will beat a 4-banger, but no muscle car will ever drive like an S2000 so don't kid yourself. He isn't buying it raw power, but just the way the car feels when you get in it and drive it. The S2000 feels like your favorite pair of gloves. Haha my dad was going to buy an S2000, but my mom wouldn't have any part of it and he wasn't diggin' a camaro ss, so we ended up with a WRX, which is fun to drive. I think I'd rather have an WRX than an S2000.
And yeah, the S2000 is faster, but you paid twice as much, and it isn't twice as fast :)
For the extra price of your car, I could put a Cobra engine in, or a supercharger, or any number of things to make my car much faster than an S2000.
But, not everyone has $16,000 to waste on a used car.Comment

thordic you drive a v6 mustang, I don't mean to be a dick, but that is like driving saturn with a mustange body on it. I do not like mustangs much at all, hate to break it to you. The old ones are killer, but the new ones are lame imo. Also, I think the S2000 would be more fun to drive than the WRX, because the only reason my Dad's 2002 WRX is more fun to drive than my '94 miata is that launching it is a blast and it is just faster. If you took that away my miata would be way more fun to drive.
Hell, if I had $13,000 I could buy a used '94 miata with under 60000 mi and throw a turbo, beefier transmission, shocks/springs, wheels/tires, sway bars, and any other little mods you want, this miata would smoke a stock S2000 for half the price of a used one. Another thing is that a WRX is sooooo easy to make stupid fast... Alot of WRX's dont stay stock for long...
An addition of a 5 dollar Homemeade boost controller puts the WRX in the high 13's in the 1/4.
Add a turboback exhaust to that mix and you got somthing that can take a C5 vette in the 1/4... Most running around a 13.2 1/4 mile...
Throw some cash into it about $4000... Upgrade the turbo and the ECU...
You get somthing that will show a Ferrarri Modena its Tail lights...
Yes thats an 11 second bolt on WRX!!!!
You throw $4000 into an s2k with a supercharger you get somthing that will just hang with a BPU WRX. Honda engines werent made to handle boost...
Edit the page is wrong... Thats not the world quickest WRX... The worlds quickest WRX runs 8's in the 1/4 mile with a beefed up Subaru 4eat Auto tranny =o .
