lol not to beat a dead horse, but i'm thinking of going whey (and?) powerbar protein plus bars for post work out nutrition. is using BOTH going to be more harmful than good? and is whey a good idea? i know people have suggested met-rx, but 1 that's expensive, 2 i can't find it around here, 3 whey seems pretty darn efficient. and powerbars are the best protein bars right?
i promise this'll be the last thread of mine about this topic hehe.
edit- i was just on the powerbar website, and 50 would cost around $100. any place to get them cheaper? or would it not be necessary/good idea to take them every day?
