At least its what I consider a 'good' lawsuit. At least, thats what it seems from what you say. I really think that some cases have absolutely no basis and are being pulled out of the wazzoo.

Oh, and I was just wondering, why did you feel it necessary to post this on AO? At least tell us who it is so that we can consider him/her a bad trader. But then again, if I'm entitled to my opinions, your entitled to your actions, even if your only 15. pfffffft lol

Bad deal went south
went thru to do a deal with angelbeast24,,for his superman angel for my Black magic and cash ,,,to my expectations the angel looked to have been wrapped around a tree dropped down stairs .and smacked with a brick ,I was told about only a few small scratches and when I finally opened box this thing was Bad real bad ,no scratches just gouges in the frame ,button missing,scratches all over the barrels,
bad deal ,DO NOT BUY HIS ANGEL AKA SUPREMAN ANGEL.I have several pics of the damages that were all over the marker .
since deal was off I resent the marker back to him out of my own pocket in the same box and the same wrapping and now he claims there is damage to his package.......

It's probably your own damn fault the charger was broken. What is it doing? Not charging? Or is it just an issue with the gun taking a charge?

For some reason I would not believe a 15yr old with horrible grammar. Along with that, angels being so low priced nowadays, I am led to belive that you are another idiot that does not know how to fix your own gun. Although I am just making a prediction.

Sounds like you were the one who tried to do the screwing over here. Personally what I think you should do is appologize for lying to him about the condition, and reimburse him for the shipping back to you.

If your actually serious, I doubt you will ever get this into court. And if somehow you do I promise you the judge is going to think your a moron sueing for a $20 charger, and you won't be getting anything. Oh, and your going to need proof that it worked when you sent it.

$30 court fee, dad takes a day off from work to go to court, your just screwing yourself over.

You never deinied the thing being in lousy shape, when you mention a few scratchs people don't assume it looks like its been through a war, they assume a few scratchs. Describe it better.

Why the hell are you taking someone to court over something like that? Legal fees will cost you more then the actual product. Take a loss and just buy a new one. The way this story sounds, and I don't know what happened outside of AO, but just from what I have read it SEEMS that you sent a gun that was in very poor condition, and when you recieved the gun that you traded for, you didn't particularly like it so you sent it back, and when the guy sent your gun back to you, you finally realized that half the **** on it was broken. It starts to sound suspicious the second you say 'it had a few scratches on it'. I'd drop the case before it makes it to court (that is if it makes it to court) or you could actually end up losing the case and having to pay the guy you screwed over....i mean the guy that screwed you over

(oh, btw, did i mention that you are probably just pissed b/c you have a ****ty gun and can't afford a new one?)
