Never trust someone with bad grammar. And always get clear definitions of what "small scratches" means. To me it means anything large enough to see but not deep enough to reach bare metal or to catch a fingernail on, but to someone else it could mean "as long as you can't see through to the inside of the gun it's not a big scratch".

But anyway, I am not going to take sides in another trade in which I am not directly involved.

And just to let you know, you will likely spend a whole lot more filing and carrying out the motions of a lawsuit than you will buying a new charger.

first of all if u guys would learn how to read post you would understand that the charger was shipped back broken, the housing was cracked off and the wire was sniped. also you guys that think a charger is 20 bucks also dont know much these days since a new metal hyrbrid charger is 100 bucks but then again that just shows how ignorant 50 percent of ao is

rt pro is a good example of ignorant ao'ers saying that my gun is $hitty and im pissed b/c i cant afford a new one but the truth is my trix and angel are better then ur ****ty trix

so your saying you first of all have the new metal/nickel hydride(not hybrid)battery, and you expect a brandnew charger for your old beat one?, it maybe broken now but you know what its your loss for not describing the gun better and even incorrectly packaging it, if you would have insured the package you would be assout.

also the metal/nickel hydride charger comes with the battery, thats why you see it for 100$, try calling angel shops to purchase a new one, youll need to state what kinda of angel it is,led,lcd(year)/ir3 go to angel-owners and look em up and taking someone to court for 100$ is retarded, not to mention you have no case if he lives in another state

Angelbeast - You cant type, research product costs, talk without flaming/using bad language, among other things. What makes you think your going to take a guy who you jipped in trade, lied to, and dont even know (automags.org?) to court? Chargers are something along the lines of $40-$60. You would waste your own time and energy on a case you cant win. This is extremely immature, and STUPID to say the least.

And if you weren't so ignorant, Angelbeast, then you would realize that you don't have to have an $80+ charger from WDP to charge an Angel...any model from Radio Shack built to charge batteries of the same type and voltage will suffice and save you a lot of money.

Really,angelbeast24, I am trying to help here. Try radio shack for a charger. I just got one from there for my wife's X-mag(NiMh battery) and it was a whole lot cheaper than what your court costs are going to be. Save some $$, chalk this up as a mistake and use a 3rd party trade service next time. :)

And as a freindly side note, typing, grammer, spelling and the like can help a lot, even on the internet, to sway people to your side.

This is one of the main reasons i stopped hanging around AO.

Depsite how stupid you think the lawsuit is, you don't need to openly insult this guy.

He was probably trying to warn everyone about a trade that went bad, trying to HELP others on AO by giving them some information about a particular trader. Now we all know stories are much different on both sides, so we can't take this information for truth, but we can decide ourselves.

Calling him an idiot for filing a lawsuit isn't quite right. I don't understand why people feel the need to assault other users whenever possible. If someone makes an obvious mistake, its like a damn free for all for whoever can correct them first and raise their internet intelligence prowess points to the next level.


Also, could we please stop thinking IGNORANT is the most awesome word on the planet and can be used to intensely insult anyone under any circumstance and context... the more you use that word, the less people care when you call them it.
