I got arrested last night

ATV's are considered to be single person vehicles in my area... unless theres a funky two seater that I've never seen.

ah the good times of being a punk kid. all of those sound pretty legit, cops dont tend to issue tickets that arnt legit on a regular basis ya know.

by the time it gets to be that late, why take them home? just let your buddys crash at your place. remember the old saying, nothing good happens after 2am.

You just got unlucky and got seen by the wrong cop. We drive dirt bikes and atvs on my uncles property in the country and we need to ride on the rode to get to this one trail and one time a cop saw us but he didn't care. Maybe it was the fact that there were lik 8 of us with helments and chest protectors on....

I've been pulled over by the sherrif on my ATV, with no helmet, driving on the road. When I asked if there was a problem, he asked for directions to the race track. I told him, and he left.

yeah if you were nice to the cop when he pulled you over and he gave you that many tickets he was just being a dickhead. Driving ATV's on the road in Alaska is illegal, but up north they do it all the frickin time and the cops don't care. I guess you can license your 4-wheeler in idaho and drive it on the roads legally. Don't just pay your tickets try and get off of a couple of them. Hopefully you will get a nice prosecuter and cut a couple of them out, because they are kind of BS charges imo.
