Dont know if you've ever heard of a pizza chain called "Papa Murphey's" but i work at one. We tell customers to bake the pizza at 425 for about 12-14 minutes, and then remove from the pizza plate and set it directly on the rack for another 2-4 minutes...works like a charm.

This thread is making me want pizza. Oh well, I'd say try throwing it straight on the rack for a couple mins towards the end.

I usually throw the pizza straight onto the rack. To keep the oven clean, you can use this trick my mom uses to make cleaning the oven easy: just lay some aluminum foil at the bottom so any stuff that drips/drops/falls down is caught by the foil.

Spend the $10 bucks and buy a pizza stone. It is the only way to do it right!

DONT use aliminum foil It doesnt get hot enough, you will never get crunchy pizza. Use a pizza pan. If you dont have one, buy one.

                    hmm..

well i'm kinda hungry so i'm gonna try to make the pizza now. Instead of aluminum i'm just gonna lay the pizza down on the rack.

                    600 degrees for 15 minutes

lets see how this turns out

WTF are you putting on your pizza? Pinneapple?
